I read an article one time about student debt. I can't remember all the statistics right now, but it was quite alarming. I thought it would be appropriate to portray that and this is what I came up with. I wanted it to feel oppressive and out of control. It was actually a really fun piece. I adhered shirts, bill statements, receipts, and some dried paint to the canvas before I started. I enjoyed the process thoroughly.

Student Debt
